Terms & Conditions for Ayub Teaching Hospital Jobs
Following are the terms and conditions for Ayub teaching Hospital Jobs April, 2023.
- Applicants will have to appear in the ETEA screening test provisionally. The appointing authority, however, will conduct a detailed scrutiny and will disqualify any candidates found to be ineligible in any way at any point in the recruitment process.
- The services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Teaching Institution Reforms Act, 2015 including its amendments and Regulations of the institution.
- Test will be conducted for the positions through ETEÀ.
- On the aforementioned positions, there will be a 05% quota for the disabled, a 10% quota for female candidates, and a 05% quota for minorities (Disability Certificate issued by the Competent Medical Board should be required).
- Only shortlisted candidates will receive letters inviting them to interviews.
- Short listing will be based on the Screening Test conducted by ETEA.
- Prior to the deadline for application receipt, candidates must be fully qualified.
- Applications that are incomplete or are submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
- Candidates who are employed by governmental or quasi-governmental organizations should apply proper channel.
- Applicants who want to apply for multiple positions must submit separate applications and fees for each position.
- Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
- In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided. 15. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
- The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the selection process at any stage.
How to Apply for Ayub Teaching Hospital Jobs 2023

- After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates personal information) will be generated.
- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through Easypalsa app or Agent Jazz Cash app or at any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI agent 4. After successful lee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
- Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 24 March, 2023.
- Last date for submission of online Application is 10 April, 2023
- Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Rol No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk
- Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number. 9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
- No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
NOTE:
Please keep your documents and passport size scanned picture
(soft copy) with you at the time of online applies.
- Read the instructions thoroughly before filling the online application form.
- ETEA shall verity deposited fee at any stage. If your payment is not verified, your candidature shall be rejected. > Fee deposited on someone else CNIC shall not be verified.
- Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.
- Keep the bank printed receipt safe with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- Applications of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling the online application form, will not be rejected only, but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them.
