Terms and Conditions for FATA University Jobs 2023

Following are the terms and conditions for the FATA University Jobs 2023.

1. Application forms for FATA University are available at the Registrar's Office, FATA University, Tribal Sub Division, Darra Adam Khel, District Kohat, or online at www.fu.edu.pk. 
2. The following information regarding the processing fee (non-refundable) must be deposited in any United Bank Limited (UBL) account with branch code 0850 and account number 233901019 (IBAN: PK40 UNIL 0109 0002 3390 1019), and the original receipt must be attached with the application form:
   
   

   

   Application(s) with deposit slip(s) of less than the prescribed amount of processing fee shall not be processed.

3. The application form must be submitted with the detailed bio-data, attested/verified photocopies of all diplomas, degrees, and certificates, CNIC, experience certificates, and two recent passport-size photos.
4. If any of the submitted documents are discovered to be fake or altered, legal action will be taken.
5. The Scrutiny Committee will evaluate the appropriateness and veracity of the Experience Certificates submitted and only experience that is pertinent will be taken into account.
6. A CGPA of less than 3.0/4.00 will be classified as Second Division.
7. If a candidate with a foreign degree or certificate fails to submit an equivalent certificate from HEC/IBCC, Islamabad with their application, their application will not be processed further.
8. The applications of candidates working for government, semi-government, or autonomous institutions must be submitted through the proper channels in order to be taken into consideration.
9. Only qualified candidates who have been shortlisted will be invited to the test/interview. No TA/DA is allowed. The issue will be raised with the relevant courier service; the university will not be held responsible for non-receipt or delayed receipt of call letters for tests or interviews.
10. The University retains the right to fill or not fill any of the advertised positions.
11. The application form must include a landline, mobile, postal, and email address. Changes in contact information or addresses must be urgently and in writing communicated to this office.
12. The application form/dossier should be complete in all respects. Incomplete application form(s)/dossier(s) will not be considered.
13. Separate application shall be submitted for each advertised post.
14. Candidates must produce original verified documents on the day of interview.
15. The advertised positions from BPS-01 to BPS-05 are subject to the territorial jurisdiction/limits as occasionally announced by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in accordance with Section 4 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act, 2012 (as amended most recently). According to Act bid. Kohat Division has jurisdiction over positions in BPS-06 to BPS-16.
16. Candidates from nearby locations will be taken into consideration for the position(s) in accordance with Section 11(5)(f) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act, 2012 in the event that there are no eligible candidates within the Territorial Jurisdiction mentioned above (amended up-to-date).
17. Age limit for posts in BPS-01 to BPS-16 is 18-30 years (except for Chowkidar, which is 45 years) with upper age relaxation admissible upon request as per rules in vogue.
18. Approved rules regarding different quotas shall be applicable.
19. All applications must be submitted (in hard) to the Office of the Registrar, FATA University, Sub-Division, Darra Adam Khel, District Kohat, Post Code 26100 by 4 pm on the last date given below.
20. Applications submitted through email shall not be considered for processing.
21. List of eligible/shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the FATA University website: www.fu.edu.pk.
