Instructions for District and Sessions Judge East Islamabad Jobs April 2023

The following information will be noted for regional/provincial, gender, and disability quotas:
Islamabad has a 50% quota, Punjab, Sindh, KP, and Baluchistan each have 12%, and Ex FATA has 2%. Initial appointments for all positions in the service shall reserve 10% of the seats for women, subject to suitability; if a sufficient number of women candidates are not available, the reservation shall not apply to the extent of such non-availability.
25% of members of the civil and session courts ICT, Islamabad-east, who met the basic requirements for the initial recruitment were selected through a test administered by the same agency without regard to age restrictions. The positions will be filled according to the defined merits if the required number of candidates does not meet the requirements. (Only for the posts of DEOs).
According to the government of Pakistan's established regulations, a five-year general age relaxation and any further age relaxations, if any, shall be acceptable.
Last date for submission of application form shall be 15 days from the date of this publication.
Test date will be conveyed to the eligible candidates by the ITS.
No TA/Da shall be admissible for test/interviews.
Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
Government servants shall apply through proper channel.
The salary will be paid as per pay scale admissible under the rules.
There shall be no carry forward for the posts of women quota.
The number of posts of each cadre may be increase or decrease by the authority.
The authority may at his discretion leave any post un-filled for any valid reasons.
The qualifications for the written exam and interview will be the same as those outlined in the Islamabad Capital Territory Civil and Sessions Courts Ministerial Establishment Service Rules, 2011, for positions BPS-5 and higher.
