Instructions for Karachi Port Trust jobs

Before applying for the job read the following instructions carefully.

  1. Complete application forms, attested photocopies of verified educational testimonials, experience certificates (if any) issued by the appropriate authority, and other supporting documentation A current passport-size photo, a copy of the computerized National Identity Card, and a No Objection Certificate for in-service personnel are required. Foreign-qualification holders applicants must submit an equivalent certificate from the Higher Education Commission and IBCC Islamabad. Every person who holds a foreign Ph.D. is required to submit their degree, transcript, and CGPA equivalent, all in English. Applicants must submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission, Islamabad, if their local credentials are relevant to the advertised subject.
  2. A bank receipt of (Non-Refundable) Rs.5000/- for (BPS-21), Rs.4000/- for (BPS-20) & (BPS-19), Rs.3000/- for (BPS-18) & Rs. 800/- for (BPS-1 to BPS-16 posts) to be deposited in Account No. 247136012 in UBL MCA, in case of other Provinces (Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan) a Bank Draft in the name of ViceChancellor Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar.
  3. Candidates who are already employed should apply through the proper channels. They must include a No Objection Certificate (or certificates) from the relevant departments or institutions with their application. Applications that are not complete or are submitted after the deadline will not be considered. The time of the interview will require the production of original documents.
  4. Notified territorial jurisdiction for BPS 1-16 is applicable.
  5. Age limit of 18-45 for BPS 1-5 & age limit of 18- 35 for BPS 6-16 will be applicable as per University
  6. Statutes. Age limit for initial appointment for BPS-18 shall be 18-35.
  7. External candidates for the post of Assistant Professor will opt for TTS only as per HEC Policy.
  8. No TA/DA shall be admissible during test/demonstration/ interview.
  9. In order to be considered for the test, demonstration, or interview, a contact number and complete postal address must be provided. Only those who have been shortlisted will be invited to the test, demonstration, and interview.
  10. The applicants are required to submit all the above documents to office of the Deputy Registrar (Meetings), Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Larama, Landay Sarak, Charsadda Road, Peshawar on or before 1ST MAY, 2023. Incomplete applications and those received after due date shall not be entertained. Contact number & complete address must be given in the application.
