First you will have to receive a token at the BISP office since registration without token is not possible. Then you will be called by your name at the office for documents submission etc. Move to registration Desk No. 1 and provide the data asked by the officer there.

You will get a token at the end and you will have to keep that token with yourself since it means you are eligible for BISP.
